Charlotte, Carol, Jane, Bea and Claire were at the 31st Annual Alzheimer’s Disease Education Training Conference at the FSU College of Medicine on February 20th. We also had 11 LaVerne Weddle Pilot Scholarship House residents, Emilia Gonzalez and Caston Shields there to help us. Both Pilots and the young ladies helped with setting up and working at our Pilot table, preparing and serving the continental breakfast, working the registration table, and some of the scholarship house young ladies worked in the respite room. Had a good turn out with over 100 caregivers and professionals attending the event. Charlotte spoke to the attendees, informing them on how we are partners with Alzheimer’s Project, Inc. and what we do in the community.
